Made for the female body.

A practice that respects the cycle, not one that ignores it.

Overview

A practice that knows the phase you're in.

Most yoga was designed by and for men. Sequences that ignore hormonal swings. Schedules that don't bend for a hard week. Studios that don't know what to do with postpartum recovery or perimenopause.

This class is built around how women actually live. We adjust intensity for energy levels across the month. Strength on high days, restorative on low days. Specific work for hormonal-driven anxiety, pelvic floor, mid-back pain, and the lower-belly fatigue most women learn to ignore.

Who it's for

Three kinds of women it fits.

  • Women navigating perimenopause and looking for a practice that actually meets them.
  • New mothers cleared to return to movement (with doctor's clearance), wanting to rebuild slowly.
  • Women who've felt that generic yoga classes don't really fit, and have stopped trying.
How it works

Three steps from note to practice.

01

Intake with phase context

Cycle regularity, recent pregnancy or postpartum, perimenopause symptoms, anything else you'd want a teacher to know.

02

First session

Sixty minutes. Jayshree builds a baseline plan around what you brought to the intake.

03

Weekly rhythm

Private or small women's-only group. Same teacher. Sessions adjust to where you are.

Setup

What you need.

  • A mat, water, and a bolster or rolled blanket for restorative work.
  • Privacy. A room where the door closes. This isn't a living-room-with-children class.
  • Laptop or tablet camera at full-body height.
  • Honesty in the intake. We work with what you share.
  • Doctor's clearance if you're postpartum or have an active condition.
FAQs

Honest answers.

I'm in perimenopause — is this right for me?

Yes. We see a lot of perimenopausal clients. The practice adjusts for sleep disruption, hot-flash days, and the joint-stiffness that creeps in. We're careful with high-impact and explicit about it.

Postpartum — when can I start?

Six weeks after vaginal delivery, twelve after C-section, both with your doctor's clearance. We start with breath and pelvic floor work before anything load-bearing.

I have endometriosis. Is yoga safe?

Yes, with modifications. Gentle work during flare-ups, stronger work on calm days. We avoid certain twists and deep abdominal contractions during the cycle. Tell us in the intake.

Can I practise during my period?

Yes. Slower, more restorative. Skip inversions. Your body will tell you what's too much; we'll listen with you.
