About Vyra

The story behind the name.

Vyra is more than just a name—it’s a reflection of strength, inner peace, and mindful living. It symbolizes the journey of discovering balance between body, mind, and soul.

What it means

A journey, not a definition.

The word Vyra points to a move. Inward to calm. Outward to the kind of strength that lets you handle whatever the day brings without losing your shape.

That is the whole idea. Yoga, breathwork, and meditation are the practice. The strength is the outcome.

"Inner calm. Outer strength."

Meet the founder

Meet Jayshree Malviya.

I spent 12 to 15 years in international aviation. Most of those years training cabin crew, first for Etihad in Abu Dhabi, then for Wizz Air. The work was good. The lifestyle, less so. I watched smart people break in slow ways. Sleep that doesn't restore. Bodies that ache for no clear reason. Minds that can't switch off.

I had my own version of that.

Yoga was where I came back to myself. Breathwork taught me to settle my nervous system in minutes instead of hours. Meditation taught me how to stop carrying things I didn't need to carry.

I now work with people who have already built a lot and want to protect what got them there. CXOs and founders. Mothers running households at the same intensity as their work. Children whose parents want them to grow up with a steadier inside than most of us did.

The practice is the same for all of them. The application is different for each person.

Three practices

One outcome.

We don't teach styles for variety. We teach three practices because they reinforce each other.

Yoga

Posture, mobility, strength. Hatha and Ashtanga foundations, adapted to your body. Built for someone who wants to stay strong without getting hurt.

Breathwork

Also called Pranayama. The fastest way to change how you feel. Energy in the morning. Calm in the afternoon. Sleep at night. Small. Repeatable.

Meditation

The part that sticks. Five to twenty minutes a day, done consistently, changes how you respond to stress. Guided, not silent. Made for people who tried it before and gave up.

What we believe

Health is not a project with a deadline.

You will not finish it in a programme. You will build a practice that holds, and then keep practising. Our job is to help you protect what you have already built. Quietly. On your terms.

"Your health is the foundation everything else stands on." — Jayshree Malviya
