Vyra is a small practice run by Jayshree Malviya. This page tells you what we do with the personal information you share when you contact us, sign up for a class, or use this website.
Who we are
Vyra ("we", "us") is a sole-proprietor wellness practice based in India. The data controller is Jayshree Malviya. Email hello@vyra.ltd with any privacy question.
What we collect
- Contact details you give us — your name, email, WhatsApp number, and anything you write into the contact form.
- Health notes you choose to share when you sign up for a class — injuries, conditions, medications. Optional. Sensitive. Treated as such.
- Payment details, handled by Stripe or Razorpay. We never see your card number.
- Basic usage data from this website — page views, country, broad device type. No tracking pixels from advertisers.
Why we collect it
Three reasons, and only three:
- To reply to your message and figure out whether we're the right fit.
- To run the session you signed up for safely.
- To bill you and meet our tax obligations.
We do not sell your data. We do not run ads against it. We don't email you with offers unless you specifically asked to be on a list.
Who sees your data
- Jayshree and one assistant. That's it for human eyes.
- Stripe / Razorpay for payment processing.
- Zoom for live class delivery — only the email you use to join.
- Tax authorities when legally required.
How long we keep it
Active client records stay for as long as you practise with us. After your last session, we hold the records for two years (tax purposes), then delete the contact details. Health notes are deleted within six months of your last session unless you ask us to keep them on file for when you return.
Your rights
You can ask us to:
- Show you what data we hold about you.
- Correct anything that's wrong.
- Delete it. We'll do this within 30 days unless tax law says otherwise.
- Export it. We'll send you a copy in a readable format.

Cookies
We use one cookie to remember whether you've dismissed the cookie banner. There are no analytics cookies or advertising cookies. Full details are on the cookies page.
Children
Kids Yoga is offered to children aged six and above with a parent's written consent. We collect the parent's contact details, not the child's. Health notes about the child are stored under the parent's record.
Changes to this policy
If we change anything material, we'll update the date at the top and let current clients know by email. Older versions are archived and available on request.
