Intro call
Fifteen minutes. Your history, what you want, what hurts. We decide together whether this fits.
Same instructor, same weekly slot, same memory of the last six weeks.
Private yoga is how Jayshree taught before any of this became online. One person on the mat. Sixty minutes. Sequences that change because she remembers what you said about your knee two weeks ago, not because the algorithm shuffled the playlist.
Most clients come weekly. Some twice. We adjust for the week you actually had — stress, sleep, what hurts on Tuesday morning. That's the entire pitch.
No rotating instructors. Jayshree learns your shoulders, your sleep cycle, the way your hip feels on day-three travel.
Reason twoThe sequence on Tuesday isn't the same one on Saturday. We work with what's there, not what the syllabus says you should be doing.
Reason threeInjury in week one, modification in week two, progression in week six. We hold the thread so you don't have to.
Reason fourQuick question, short video clip if a pose feels off. Replies within a working day. Use it sparingly, like you would with any good teacher.
Fifteen minutes. Your history, what you want, what hurts. We decide together whether this fits.
First full session. Jayshree watches more than teaches. Sets a baseline for everything that follows.
Same hour, same day. Sessions adjust to your week, not to a syllabus. Pause when life happens.
Most people notice sleep improvements in two weeks and posture changes in six. The honest answer is: it depends on whether you do anything between sessions. Practice fifteen minutes a day in addition and you'll feel it faster.
That's exactly why this is online. Bring your laptop and a mat (or a hotel towel). We've taught from hotel rooms in twelve countries.
Yes, with notice. We adjust the session for two people. There's a small additional fee per shared session — written in the agreement.
Yes. Private Pack sessions are valid for 90 days. Pause, travel, recover, come back. Don't ghost — a quick message keeps your slot.
One session with an expert. Decide afterwards whether private feels like the right fit.
