Online Yoga · Service detail

Live yoga, in your living room.

The feel of a studio class. None of the travel time.

Overview

Same teacher, wherever you are.

Most of what we do is online. Not because we love screens — we don't — but because the people we work with are scattered. Mumbai. Dubai. A hotel in Singapore. Online means you can practise with the same teacher whether you're at home, in transit, or on the road.

We offer live sessions, private or small group, plus recorded classes that registered members can replay for fourteen days.

Who it's for

Three kinds of people it fits.

  • People who travel for work, or live somewhere without strong local instruction.
  • People who want continuity with one teacher over years, not classes.
  • Anyone who tried studio yoga and dropped off because the commute won.
How it works

Three steps from note to mat.

Setup

What you need at your end.

  • A yoga mat or a clean, non-slip floor.
  • A space about six feet long and four feet wide. A bedroom corner works.
  • A device with a camera. Laptop, tablet, or phone on a stand.
  • Reliable internet. Doesn't need to be fast, just stable.
  • Clothes you can move in.
FAQs

Honest answers about online practice.

What time zones do you teach in?

Classes run on IST (India) and GST (UAE). Other time zones can be arranged for private sessions — just ask.

Do I need to be on camera?

Yes for live group classes. Jayshree needs to see you to give feedback. Required for privates too.

Is online really as good as in-person?

For most people, yes. A few prefer in-person, which is fair. The advantage online is continuity. The trade-off is the odd connection issue.

Can I get a recording if I miss a class?

Registered members can replay live group classes for fourteen days. Private sessions are not recorded.
