The feel of a studio class. None of the travel time.
Most of what we do is online. Not because we love screens — we don't — but because the people we work with are scattered. Mumbai. Dubai. A hotel in Singapore. Online means you can practise with the same teacher whether you're at home, in transit, or on the road.
We offer live sessions, private or small group, plus recorded classes that registered members can replay for fourteen days.
The biggest reason people stop going to studios is travel time. Take that out and most people practise twice as often.
Reason twoNo rotation. Jayshree teaches every session. Bring up a knee issue in week one, she remembers it in week six.
Reason threeMembers travel. A lot. The same Tuesday class works from a hotel in Singapore, a kitchen in Bangalore, or a rental in Goa.
Reason fourYou'd think online means more generic. The opposite. With a clear camera and a small group, Jayshree can see your posture and breath more clearly than across a studio floor.

Private one-to-one or a small group. We'll tell you which fits.
Zoom link sent ahead. Show up with a mat and a quiet space.
Classes run on IST (India) and GST (UAE). Other time zones can be arranged for private sessions — just ask.
Yes for live group classes. Jayshree needs to see you to give feedback. Required for privates too.
For most people, yes. A few prefer in-person, which is fair. The advantage online is continuity. The trade-off is the odd connection issue.
Registered members can replay live group classes for fourteen days. Private sessions are not recorded.
One session with an expert. Decide afterwards whether the fit feels right.
