A cookie is a tiny text file a website saves in your browser. Some are useful, most are not. We chose to use almost none.
What we use
Strictly necessary
One cookie called vyra_cookies_ack. It remembers that you've seen our cookie banner so we don't show it to you on every visit. It expires after a year. No personal data inside, just the value "yes".
What we don't use
Analytics
No Google Analytics. No Plausible. No Fathom. We don't track which pages you read or how long you stayed. If we ever change this, we'll add a clear banner that lets you opt out before anything starts.
Advertising
No advertising cookies. No Meta Pixel. No re-targeting. We don't run ads.
Social embeds
No Instagram, YouTube, or WhatsApp widgets that auto-load on this site. The icons in our footer are simple links — they only set cookies once you click through to their platforms.
Third parties when you book
When you book a class or pay for a programme, you'll be redirected to Stripe or Razorpay to complete payment. Those platforms set their own cookies. Read their cookie policies on their own sites.
Live classes are delivered via Zoom. Zoom sets its own cookies when you join a meeting. Same deal — read their policy.
Your controls
You can clear cookies any time from your browser's settings:
- Chrome: Settings → Privacy and security → Clear browsing data.
- Safari: Settings → Safari → Clear History and Website Data.
- Firefox: Settings → Privacy & Security → Cookies and Site Data.
- Edge: Settings → Privacy, search, and services → Clear browsing data.
If you clear the one cookie we use, you'll see our banner again next visit. That's the whole consequence.
Questions
If you have a specific cookie or privacy question, email hello@vyra.ltd. We reply within a working day.
Read the privacy policy for the bigger picture on how we handle data.
