For twenty years I trained airline crew across India and the UAE — Etihad, Wizz Air. Long days, short turnarounds, and a kind of fatigue that doesn't go away with sleep. Yoga, breathwork, and meditation became my way back. Today I share that practice with people who have already achieved a lot and want to protect what got them there.
